MBA is a group of local business professionals who gather on a regular basis to exchange referrals, provide support and friendship, and to promote each other's products and services within the business and professional community.
To foster relationships between business leaders who are accessible, enthusiastic, committed and engaged in order to better understand members' businesses and to expand the network of each individual so that each referral is treated with the highest professional standards.
While MBA respects member's business time and does not want to set a strict attendance policy, it is crucial that every effort be made to attend as many meetings as possible since the purpose of the group is to grow relationships. If you miss more than three meetings in a row, a board member will contact you to discuss your intentions with the group. If at that time there is no intent to continue attending, the board will consider this a resignation. If there is an emergency or industry-specific reason for the absence, the board will decide on the appropriate action based on the circumstances.
